    Desktop Review

    Our comprehensive appraisal review is prepared by a state-certified general appraiser in accordance with Standards 3 & 4 of USPAP. This review checks the appraisal to determine whether the appraiser’s analyses are appropriate, and the opinions and conclusions are credible. The review also determines whether the appraisal report itself is appropriate and not misleading and adheres to industry regulations, including USPAP, FIRREA, and the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines.
