Our Story

Valupath was founded in 2025 by Pierce Buchinger, MAI, in response to growing demand for high-quality, reliable CRE appraisal review services, particularly among small community banks and credit unions. Pierce recognized that these institutions often lacked the resources to establish or maintain an in-house team of licensed appraisers, leaving them vulnerable to the risks associated with inaccurate or non-compliant appraisals. In response, he launched ValuPath—an outsourced solution that provides institutions with expert appraisal reviews, without the need for in-house resources or staffing.
